Leticia Rosas Vera, M.A., BCBA

Founder

Leticia Rosas Vera, a Bay Area native with proud roots in Guanajuato, Mexico, is a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish and a passionate and dedicated leader in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With nearly 10 years of experience, her journey in ABA began as a behavior technician while completing her undergraduate studies in Merced, California, where she witnessed firsthand the positive impact ABA can have on children, adults, and their families.

Motivated by a deep desire to support individuals with diverse needs, Leticia continued her education and earned a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Education. Through her academic and professional growth, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), expanding her expertise in designing, implementing, and supervising individualized behavior support plans.

Leticia’s mission is to empower families by strengthening their confidence and knowledge as they support their children in achieving greater independence through Applied Behavior Analysis services. As a bilingual provider, she values the importance of connecting with and supporting families in both English and Spanish, helping make services, education, and resources more accessible to the families she serves. She is committed to working collaboratively with families and providing the tools and support needed to promote meaningful and lasting growth. Alongside her team, Leticia is dedicated to helping individuals achieve meaningful milestones that may have once seemed unobtainable. Outside of her professional work, Leticia enjoys exploring new places, trying different foods, and creating new memories with her family.
