Individualized Treatment Plans
-
We take the time to get to know your child’s unique strengths, needs, and areas for growth. Our comprehensive assessment includes two direct observations, direct and indirect assessments, a parent/caregiver interview, and, when applicable, collaboration with other service providers. This process helps us develop an individualized treatment plan centered on meaningful goals for your child and family.
-
Based on the assessment results, we develop an individualized treatment plan with proposed goals across areas that are meaningful to your child’s needs and development. Goals are prioritized based on your child’s strengths, areas for growth, family priorities, and the recommended number of treatment hours.
Parent and caregiver training is also an important part of the treatment plan. We develop individualized parent training goals designed to provide families with practical strategies and tools they can use to support their child during everyday routines and across environments.
We strongly believe that while there is no single formula for progress, consistency and collaboration among the people involved in a child’s life are essential.

Therapy sessions are scheduled based on the recommended treatment hours identified through the assessment, while also considering your family’s availability. Recommended hours are thoughtfully determined to provide the consistency and intensity needed to support meaningful progress toward your child’s goals.
A Behavior Technician (BT) will be matched with your child to provide direct therapy, with ongoing clinical supervision and guidance. Depending on your insurance requirements, services are delivered through a two-tier or three-tier care model to ensure your child receives consistent, individualized, and clinically supported care.
-
We continuously monitor progress and adjust goals as your child’s needs evolve. Reassessments are typically completed every six months, with progress reports provided to families and insurance providers. Through our HIPAA-compliant parent portal, families can also review recorded treatment data and stay involved throughout their child’s care.

From the beginning of services, your child’s treatment plan includes individualized criteria for gradually fading and eventually graduating from ABA services. During each reassessment, we review your child’s progress, current needs, and goals and collaborate with your family to determine when reducing support may be appropriate.
Ultimately, our goal is not for your child to need ABA forever. We want to help your child and family build meaningful, lasting skills so that one day, our support is no longer needed. Graduation from ABA is something to celebrate-it reflects the growth, hard work, and progress made along the way.
